A Deeper Understanding of your Church Family
What is the greatest source of conflict in your church? Typically, conflict is born out of expectations, criticism or judgement of others within the church community - expecting them to respond and behave as we would in various situations, to like the same things we like, and to experience God the same way we do. By seeking to understand others, we set aside judgment and open the door to be understood ourselves.

CEYA offers a 3-hour interactive and discussion based session to church groups to help understand how and why each of us behave so differently in many aspects of our church life. The session will allow participants to explore and reflect on their own personal relationships and behaviors within their faith and their church community. Through sharing their learning and thoughts with others in small group discussion, they help those around them to understand the deeper motivations, leading to greater cooperation and removing the barriers of expectation and judgment.

In these interactive and participative sessions, attendees will learn to understand how behaviours, attitudes, expectations and responses to others are largely driven by our perception and by our preferences. Specific focus will be given to how various types relate to Church Community Church Operations and Leadership Worship and Music The message or sermon Bible Study Through discussion and sharing, participants will learn to understand how others perceive and respond to various aspects of faith and church community. By better understanding how and why others are different, and learning a language to express and communicate those differences, participants will be able to let go of frustrations and conflicts, and to draw closer to God and to one another.
